Study on the wellbeing of healthcare and hospital workers during and after the COVID-19 pandemic
This is a survey to explore the wellbeing of healthcare and hospital staff working in a hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey should take about 7-10 minutes to complete. Please feel free to share the survey link with your colleagues, we would like as many hospital workers to complete the survey as possible.
If you have not already read the Participant Information Sheet, please click here to view. The Sheet will open in a new tab. You may need to tap the 'pages icon' or 'switch tabs' to return to the survey tab if using a phone or tablet.
Completion of the survey is implied consent. You can stop this survey at any time and choose not to submit your response.
All data will be presented/published in an aggregated format at local/international forums – no identifying information will be published or shared outside of the research team.
Ethics approval has been obtained from Northumbria University, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK. Ethics approval was not required from the Health Research Authority or NHS.
We would like to re-survey staff about six months after the pandemic to determine changes over time in responses. Completing the survey today will provide us with important information. It does not mean that you have to do another survey later if you don't want to.
Regardless whether you think you will complete this survey a second time, can you please add your year of birth and last four digits of your mobile phone number so we can link your responses in the final analysis, if you do complete the survey. These numbers will be our only way to link your responses. Providing these numbers will not allow us to identify you personally or access contact details, you will remain anonymous.
