Safe System Transitions (SafeST) research study

The aims of the SafeST study is to develop a better understanding of incident reporting in relation to transitions in care between hospital and care home, and to co-design a systems-level response to safety issues for patients transitioning between hospital and care home. 

As part of the wider study, we are conducting a project that is looking at incident reporting in care and nursing homes in England. We are looking to speak to owners, managers or senior members of staff at care and nurisng homes who would be interested in taking part in a short structured interview. This will be over the phone or via Microsoft Teams. The interview should take take no longer than 30 minutes.

This will help us contact you directly about taking part in the SafeST research study.
