Aim of study

I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my research survey. In this study, three working styles are described:

1. Workplace working, which refers to work carried out at your employer's office or designated place of work.

2. Remote working, which means working outside of your employer's designated workplace (usually but not necessarily from home)

3. Hybrid working, which means spending some of your time working remotely and some in your employer's workplace

My research, therefore, aims to establish the implications of teams working flexibly among any of these three, and then develop a structure to help organisations enhance and sustain the teams' cohesiveness. With the increasing demand for flexible working, this study will inform organisations to make reasonable adjustments towards effective team performance.
